We present to you an article published in the magazine Entreprises, titled “The Export Consortium ‘Tunisia – Building Partners’ Expands its Business in Kenya,” with the following content:
“As part of the development of its export activities to sub-Saharan Africa, the Economic Interest Group ‘Tunisia Building Partners’ (TBP) participated in the ‘BuildExpo’ exhibition in Nairobi, Kenya, from 12 to 14 May 2022.
During this event, the consortium members met with the Tunisian Ambassador to Kenya and organised a networking cocktail, which allowed them to expand the TBP database by more than 300 new contacts and develop a potential client order book valued at USD 580,000.
It is worth noting that the ‘Tunisia Building Partners’ consortium was established within the framework of the PEMA project under its area of intervention, ‘Business Support and Capacity Strengthening.’
This activity was organised as part of the project ‘Promotion of Export Activities to New Markets in Sub-Saharan Africa (PEMA II),’ commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Tunisia in close collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Export Development and Tunisia Export – Export Promotion Centre (CEPEX).”
